 I had an EXCELLENT experience purchasing from Bob, definitely one of the best customer services I have ever received. I originally purchased the Olympus OM-1 camera as a gift. However, Bob informed me before dispatch that there was some fungus in the viewfinder and offered to instead send me the Olympus OM-2 camera, which was a better camera and in better condition at the same price. Shipping took a few days longer than expected, but that's okay as during a pandemic shipping from the US to NZ isn't exactly easy breezy. I was so excited to find this Rollei 35, as I’ve never seen one in such great condition before!
