Return and Warranty Policy

Any item you want to return must be returned in exactly the same condition it was received, within 14 days from receipt. Please reach out by email to advise us of any issues with your purchase before you return them. Unless specifically arranged with Latent Images, all return shipping must be paid by the buyer. All items being returned must be fully insured. If the item is damaged in shipping it is the responsibility of the buyer. Equipment must be packaged in exactly the same way or as close as possible to the way it was received. It is the discretion of Latent Images whether there will be a restocking charge. Returning an item for no valid reason will result in a 20% restocking charge which will be deducted from any refund. All items other than consignment items carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty. Latent Images will repair or replace items at no charge during this warranty period.
